S. Blank, P.I., agency owner, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Florida and gained legal experience working directly for attorneys for many years. Opening for business in 1995, continuous growth demanded investigations be included with process service. Hence, in 1997, the agency's private investigation license was obtained.
